BNT Motors was set up in 2007 with a view of servicing the fleet of Volvo buses operating around the National Capital Region of Delhi & Lucknow. The facility is a modern, state of the art 8 bay workshop strategically located 15 kilometres from the Inter State Bus Terminal on GT Karnal Road. |

The service centre currently possesses the following equipment with a view towards expansion as and when needed- |
- HUNTER four wheel cordless wheel alignment machine for precise results
- RAVAGLIOLI wheel balancing machine
- Four Post Lifts for quick and accurate repairing from under the chassis.
- Two Oil Change and Quick Service bays
- A Complete bus washing plant with a water recycling plant
- A body shop with proper machinery and tools to handle the most challenging jobs with utmost ease
- Special Volvo tools and Volvo Tech Tools to attend to the latest Mark 3 CRDI buses.

- A well stocked parts store ensuring quick serviceability of buses
- A resting room for the drivers with a balcony from where they are able to view the online servicing of their buses.
- A 24 hour Volvo service helpline for all its customers
- A training room with internet facilities for self studying on the Volvo website.
- An onsite gym for the visitors as well as employees of BNT Motors
