Today with its well equipped factory, which boasts of Upset Forging Machines, Metal Gathering/ Electrical Upsetting Machines, a battery of CNC copying machines, Spline Rolling Machines, Heat Treatment Centre, fully automatic Induction Hardening Stations, Talbros Engineering is fully capable of developing all automotive shafts and upset forging involving a wide range of manufacturing technologies.

In addition to convention upsetters, we are the only forging company in India that has the facility of Metal Gathering/ Electrical Upsetting for axle shafts. Depending on shaft design, this provides major saving in raw material input weight.
