Since the design of the transformer varies from manufacturer to manufacturer we at Talbros offer R.C. Kits containing all washers of Rubberised Cork required in a transformer of a particular KVA. These kits are manufactured from our TG-5 / TG-7 grade material and are designed to suit individual customer's drawings and specifications.

The advantages of the ready made kit are manifold:
  1. Material Wastage is not there (as readymade washers are available from us)
  2. Time is saved (as you would not waste time in cutting the sheets into washers)
  3. Convenience to your worker in using these washers (as the kit contains all required RC components to assemble a single transformer)
